Terms of Agreement

The school is the client and, as such, is responsible for a placement fee whenever a placement results from candidate information that CS&A has provided. It is understood that a fee is due for any hired candidate who otherwise met and/or interviewed during with the school at a CS&A conference.

FORUM/CONNECT Philadelphia will operate "rain or shine"; there will be no "snow date" and CS&A cannot be responsible for travel problems resulting from weather or any other reason. Because of the high cost inherent in planning and guaranteeing the event, there can be no refund of any portion of the registration fee for any reason. Thank you.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Safety Procedures

Participation in a Carney, Sandoe & Associates event is entirely voluntary and anyone attending such an event acknowledges the inherent risk of the possibility of being exposed to and contracting an infectious disease. Attendees voluntary and knowingly assumes the risk of such exposure and infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including distancing and/or wearing of face coverings , that Carney, Sandoe & Associates may implement.
