Providing a safe environment for attendees is our top priority. We need your help to achieve this. Accordingly, each conference attendee must comply with the following:
1. All participants must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to participate in person. Participants who have received an approved vaccine exemption due to medical or religious reasons will need to notify the Director of Conferences in advance of the conference and provide documentation of their exemption
2. Face coverings must be worn by everyone (regardless of vaccination status) indoors at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
Carney, Sandoe & Associates prohibits attendance for any individual who:
1. Is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, even if symptoms are otherwise explainable (such as due to allergies). Symptoms of COVID-19 include: fever, chills, shortness of breathing, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, runny nose, etc.;
2. Has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days;
3. Is considered a close contact (under CDC guidelines) of anyone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19;
4. Has not been fully vaccinated or received an approved exemption from the vaccination requirement as an accommodation for a medical issue or sincerely held religious belief.*
* “Fully vaccinated” means it has been at least two weeks since the person has received a dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine or two weeks since the person has received a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.
Acknowledgement of Risk and Safety Procedures
Participation in a Carney, Sandoe & Associates event is entirely voluntary and anyone attending such an event acknowledges the inherent risk of the possibility of being exposed to and contracting an infectious disease. Attendees voluntary and knowingly assumes the risk of such exposure and infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including distancing and/or wearing of face coverings , that Carney, Sandoe & Associates may implement.
